Startup Incubation
We define startup incubation as at least the beginning phases of conceptualizing, planning, and launching a new business or startup. Entrepreneurs seeking a “Startup Incubation” membership are actively identifying a market need, defining their value proposition, and conceptualizing the core features of their product or service. Applicants are usually in the Pre-Launch or have very recently launched their business. They are engaged in market research and validation activities to ensure there is demand for their product or service. These entrepreneurs plan on seeking seed-funding or have just recently secured initial capital to fund early operations and development. They are actively working on, or have most recently completed their business plan, outlining their target market, revenue model, marketing strategy, and operational plan. The entrepreneurs may have developed a prototype or minimum viable product (MVP) to demonstrate their concept and gather feedback. Or in the early phase of iterative development.
