This event is for investors-to-be and those who would like to learn more about investing in early-stage companies, novice investors who would like to learn from the experts, and experienced investors who would like to share best practices. Participants will hear from experts and learn about the early-stage investing process, better understand deal terms, capital structure, and shareholder agreements, along with the incentives and risk mitigation. Immediately following the workshop, participants are invited to stay to watch real startups pitch for investment.
